About Mindy:
Mindy understands soup to nuts when it comes to commercial real estate. Over the tenure of her career, she has worked for the state in entitlements and sales, as a developer for ground up developments in San Francisco and for a Fortune 500 Company managing TI construction projects in the Bay Area. She truly understands what her clients are going through when they are purchasing, selling, leasing or doing construction on a property.
Mindy is a dedicated broker and project manager specializing in distressed assets, whether they involve physical buildings, challenging locations, or other unique circumstances. With a focus on helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties, she leverages her extensive work experience and unparalleled local knowledge as a 4th generation Bay Area native. Mindy provides tremendous insight, adeptly navigating any hurdles that may arise. Her passion for assisting people and enhancing the built environment enables her clients to create and maximize value in all their property endeavors.
Education:
Mindy attended UC Davis where she earned a BS in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning. She then attended the University of Southern California where she earned a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Real Estate Development.
Involvements:
Outside of her primary work, Mindy is involved with Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and is a USC Real Estate Alumni Ambassador.
Hobbies:
When not working with clients, Mindy enjoys water polo, woodworking, and exploring new parts of the Bay Area with her friends and family. Mindy loves real estate and manages and develops her own properties.
